BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Upon receipt empty entire jar of herbal blend into a Ziplock bag and shake until thoroughly combined, then pour contents back into original jar. This is because contents settle while in transit.
- Add 1 tablespoon loose leaf tea into strainer or infuser.
- Bring 8 oz. of fresh water to a boil. Set aside for 2 minutes to reduce the temperature to 175 degrees F/ 75 degrees.
- Pour fresh water over the tea.
- Covering the tea, steep for at least 10.-15 minutes. The longer you steep the stronger it becomes.
- Strain herbs and sweeten with raw honey or sweetener of choice.
- Sip, savor, and enjoy!
