Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

 

The purpose of this document is to describe the policies and procedures for the return of saleable products by customers to KWT. Any exceptions to the policies and procedures described herein require prior approval from KWT.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION:

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us via email at support@kingdomwellnessteas.com or telephone at (912) 342-2375 within one hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons including;

  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to the address provided
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • By customer request
  • Purchase limits have been exceeded

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Kingdom Wellness Teas is totally committed to customer satisfaction.

Most products qualify for a free exchange or replacement for 30 days from the date your order ships. To process your return, send an email to support@kingdomwellnessteas.com with your order number or call (912) 342-2375, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. We will be happy to walk you through the return process.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products after 30 days from the date your order ships. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Food OR Beverage Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on food, food items, or our custom made to order tea blends. All food and tea purchases are final.
  • Clearance items are NOT eligible for return

Items Eligible for Return

  • Unopened Steepware – Can be returned for a store credit or refund, minus shipping cost, within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Opened Steepware that can’t be resold – Can be returned for a store credit or refund. The customer will incur a 25% disposal fee to cover the costs involved.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken during personal use.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom and Personalized Products do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Return Packaging

We need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing it.

Product Exchange & Refund Procedure

  • Call us at (912) 342–2375 or email us at support@kingdomwellnessteas.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Unopened Steepware, specify how you’d like to proceed: A) merchandise credit to kingdomwellnessteas.com via a Gift Card, minus return shipping charges, or B) refund back to your original payment method minus return shipping charges and 10% processing fee.
  • Opened Steepware, specify how you’d like to proceed: C) merchandise credit to www.kingdomwellnessteas.com via a Gift Card, minus return shipping charges and a 25% disposal fee, or D) refund back to your original payment method minus return shipping charges, 10% processing fee, and 25% disposal fee.
  • Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we’ll proceed as requested: 1) Gift Card to www.kingdomwellnessteas.com 2) Refund back to your original payment method, minus return shipping charges and 10% processing fee.

Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
