This caffeine free blend will calm your senses, ease you into a blissful night's sleep and sooth your night-time cold and flu symptoms. Manglier Sleeping TranquiliTea is the ideal companion to allow you to switch off and reset!

Herbs such as lavender, lemon balm, and chamomile are known for their mood-enhancing properties. TranquiliTea not only enables the quality of a deep rest, but it also helps you to fall asleep faster.

TranquiliTea includes a smooth and delicious combination of ingredients including:

Mullein Leaf: Originally used by the natives in several parts of the United States, this plant is still used because of its, beneficial effects on the respiratory system. Assisting with common ailments such as coughing, lung weakness, respiratory constriction and chest colds, the mullein plant is truly a lung healing herb.

Chamomile: One of the main benefits of the lovely chamomile flower is its calming effect. Chamomile has been known for centuries to be really relaxing and can also reduce inflammation. In a 2010 study, women who drank chamomile tea for a month noticed that the pain of menstrual cramps was eased.

Lavender: Lavender is one of the best flowers to help with sleep as its calming scent has helped people relax for centuries. It can also help detoxify your body - a study conducted by the Howard University College of Medicine found out that the essential oil that contained when you drink lavender tea can inhibit the growth of skin bacteria.

Lemon Balm: This delicious herb has the citrus flavor you’d expect and is good for you. In one study, Lemon balm with Valerian was shown to relieve feelings of restlessness and sleeping problems.

Manglier: Manglier is a native plant of South Louisiana and has been used by Native Americans and Creoles for hundreds of years as an anti-inflammatory herb to treat cold, flu, diabetes as well as fighting infections and cancer.

Green Rooibos: Rooibos is associated with health benefits due to its high levels of health-promoting antioxidants, which include Aspalathin and Quercetin. Rooibos also has lower tannin levels than regular black or green tea. Tannins can interfere with your iron absorption, so Rooibos is a great choice for health - plus it’s caffeine free.
