We are experiencing and unprecedented crisis, and all of us have been affected.  

At Kingdom Wellness Teas, being well and staying well is important to us. Our top priority during this time is to ensure the health and safety of our customers. community and ourselves. 

We are currently monitoring the latest news about the Coronavirus. That is why we are taking extra precautions while maintaining day-to-day operations and order fulfillment. 

Therefore, we have taken measures to ensure that you have peace of mind when receiving your orders.

We want you to have confidence that we are doing all we can to ensure the health and protection of our customers and staff, and in preventing further spread of the disease by increasing the frequency of the cleaning and disinfecting of our facilities.

All team members have been trained on proper hand-washing procedures, work areas are disinfected and cleaned prior to shipping each order. 

Face masks and gloves are worn while handling and packaging orders. 


Receiving raw materials from our suppliers has been a challenge due to the pandemic. Please note that processing and shipping can be delayed 7-10 days because of COVID.

Your order is of the utmost importance to us. We appreciate your understanding and patience. We’re working to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns as we look forward to serving you.

  • Custom teas and signature blends take time as they are handcrafted to order expect shipping to be 5-7 business days.

All order are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Unless you have selected a different option
